The Finance team plays an important role in supporting the company’s growth and smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our collaborative team and contribute to accurate, reliable, and employee-focused payroll processes.
In this role, you will
- Prepare staff documentation and maintain employee data
- Manage working time tracking and payroll accounting
- Prepare and submit payroll, employment, and termination declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate and the State Social Insurance Fund Board
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly closing reports
- Prepare payroll-related documentation for the annual audit
- Monitor changes in labor and tax legislation and ensure their proper application
- Advise employees on payroll-related matters
- Assist with other relevant tasks within the Finance function
What you will bring
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Experience working with financial and payroll software and systems
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Labor Code and other legislation governing employment relations
- Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Accuracy, attention to detail, discipline in meeting deadlines, and a high level of confidentiality
- A proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Salary range: € 2000 - 3250 gross / month

Skills Required
