What will I be doing ?
- Process and analyze payments instructions in different countries.
- Engage daily with banks, payments processors, and clients to assure the efficiency of the payments systems.
- Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows in order to detect risk issues and implement improvements.
- Control the full transactional flow of daily processing.
- Interact and work together with the different areas of the company.
- Analysis and monitoring of KPI such as TPV, SLA, conversion rates
- Contact banks and partners in the means to resolve issues and find solutions.
What skills do I need?
- A solid background in payments operations and a technical background is essential for your success in this position
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role in a similar business model (Solid experience in banking, financial services, the payment industry, fintech, or similar)
- Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams all over the world.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills, systematic, and organized
- Basic SQL- Advantage
