**Qualifications:**
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean and valid driving record for the past 3 consecutive years
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in retail or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a bonus
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and cultivate potential customers while generating leads
- Comprehend customer needs and preferences
- Present product information and service details to customers
