What you’ll do:  During this 10-week program, you’ll be embedded within a specific business area — such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology — working on projects that support real team objectives. You’ll also collaborate with fellow interns on an AI-focused capstone project, participate in professional development programming, and engage with leaders across the organization.

  • Contribute to department assignments aligned to business needs
  • Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research
  • Participate in weekly development workshops and executive speaker sessions
  • Work with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge
  • Present your final project and insights to senior leadership
  • Build meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities

What you’ll do – Payments & Technology:  In addition to participating in the broader internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Payments & Technology team across product releases, testing, reconciliation, and strategic payment initiatives.

  • Develop and execute test cases for Finzly platform releases; perform regression and functional testing and document results
  • Monitor releases and maintain release tracking artifacts; assist with process flow mapping and requirements documentation for the Payment Limits Project
  • Execute UAT and validate system behavior against business rules; support analysis of reconciliation data and surface exceptions through structured reporting
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to Finzly and PayRecs; help develop FAQs and reference documentation for team use
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and cross-functional working meetings; gain exposure to how payment initiatives move from concept through definition

  • Rising senior (Class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, or analytics
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
