As a Payments Product Management Associate in the Argentina Payments Product team, you will support the management and optimization of the local payments portfolio. You will partner with clients, market infrastructures, and internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions while strengthening risk and control practices. You will contribute to product governance, client due diligence, performance reporting, and initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with clients, clearing houses, and internal stakeholders across sales, service, implementation, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal to support due diligence and stakeholder reviews
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client-facing materials, agreements, and internal job aids to support product delivery and risk mitigation
- Manage governance routines by coordinating client reviews, tracking outcomes, and driving required follow-up actions
- Drive product optimization initiatives across the payments portfolio, balancing client experience, operational efficiency, risk, and cost
- Review client billing and revenue outcomes to ensure alignment with transaction activity and support billing process improvements
- Develop product performance insights and management reporting to support P&L ownership and senior management updates
- Identify and support delivery of payment solutions that address evolving client needs and local market opportunities
- Engage with local payment market infrastructures and industry partners to support enhancements and market initiatives
- Drive the risk and control agenda for time-sensitive payment flows, including escalation and contingency processes
- Coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders by identifying risks, tracking actions, and escalating as appropriate
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a risk and control mindset
- Ability to balance product growth, client needs, and risk considerations in a regulated environment
- Working knowledge of one or more payments products or related treasury services processes
- Ability to develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and client-facing materials
- Experience supporting risk management activities, issue remediation, or control enhancements
- Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
