As a Reference Data Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will review, index, and manage client documentation packages that enable account opening and product setup while supporting regulatory and data migration initiatives. You will collaborate with internal partners to identify documentation gaps, resolve discrepancies within agreed timeframes, and contribute to efficient, well-controlled operating processes.
Job responsibilities- Prepare and complete documentation packages to support account opening and product setup activities
- Review executed documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to applicable standards and requirements
- Index and record documentation accurately in internal document management systems
- Analyze standard documentation to assess scope, identify issues, and determine required actions for resolution
- Coordinate with internal partners to resolve disputed or incomplete documentation within defined timelines
- Partner with Legal, business, Operations, and Technology to support an efficient operating framework and continuous improvement
- Support regulatory-driven initiatives, including client entity transfers and remediation activities, as required
- Contribute to data migration activities by validating documentation data and supporting controlled transitions
- Maintain strong productivity and quality standards, ensuring outputs meet defined controls and expectations
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders across locations and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Translation, or a closely related discipline
- Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
