We are looking for a talented Payments operations specialist to join our awesome Payments team, who is passionate about online payments and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of AutoDS’ payment systems and processes, contributing high levels of service for our customers and supporting the platform's growth and success.
What You’ll Do- Monitor and resolve ongoing payment collection and transaction issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to improve operational processes and flows.
- Design and develop the ongoing reconciliation processes.
- Work closely with Product and dev teams to identify, prioritize, and drive payment improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis on complex payment issues to implement long-term solutions.
- Manage the relationship with several Payment providers.
- Track, analyze, and take ownership of key payment operations metrics. Influence and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
- At least 2 years experience in payment management / Payment Service Provider.
- Understanding of all aspects of a payment transaction, from payment acceptance, reconciliation, disputes, cross-border payments, and payouts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Amazing Excel skills.
- Experience in SQL and big data - an advantage
- A detail-oriented personality who can dive into complex cases to find the root cause.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and sensitivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
