This role will be responsible for supporting Payments Operations activities in Brazil, focusing on the operational lifecycle of Cash Management products, including Current Accounts, Cards, and Collection Services (Boletos). The position will oversee daily operational routines, reconciliations, investigations, and exception management processes, while working closely with Business, Product, Technology, and Client Service teams to ensure operational excellence, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance.
The role will also contribute to strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and the implementation of new products and capabilities within the Payments franchise.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute daily operational routines and controls according to established procedures within Payments Operations.
Perform reconciliations, investigations, and resolution of exceptions related to Current Accounts, Cards, and Collection Services (Boletos).
Monitor operational workflows and ensure timely resolution of client, business, and operational inquiries.
Partner with business, technology, product, and support teams to investigate and resolve operational issues.
Support the implementation of new products, enhancements, and regulatory requirements affecting Payments Operations.
Support and provide metrics, macros and reports.
Identify business knowledge gaps and reporting the same.
Identify improvement opportunities in our processes.
Develop improvements and systemic solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role within Finance.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Operational experience and/or knowledge of the Financial Services industry required.
Experience with operational reconciliations, investigations and exception management.
Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner.
Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Control activities is preferred.
Understanding of Payments Operations processes and controls is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Cash Management products and operational processes, including Current Accounts, Cards, and Collection Services (Boletos), is preferred.
