What the job looks like?
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments through various payment channels daily.
- Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements, offering solutions.
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, while providing guidance to clients and other departments on payment-related queries.
- Communicate effectively with payment system providers and third-party vendors.
- Assist Payment Management with daily tasks.
- Support the rest of the Payments Team with ad hoc requests and teamwork.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 2 years of Payments experience in financial services or similar industry.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to efficiently manage tasks across different payment platforms and systems.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- A relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical mindset.
- Client-focused approach with a dedication to exceptional service delivery.
- Positive can-do attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
- High level of work ethic and integrity.
