J.P. Morgan Payments provides cash management, liquidity, commercial card, foreign exchange, and escrow solutions globally. Treasury Services, a key line of business, processes over $3 trillion in payments daily. We are committed to digitizing payments and enhancing user interfaces while ensuring speed, security, and cost-effectiveness.
As a Business Manager, you will support the JPM Payment Rails PSS and Treasury Services Commercialization team. Your role involves optimizing performance and identifying improvement opportunities across Treasury Services. You will engage in strategy and analysis projects related to sales, product, commercialization, and innovation, working closely with senior management and various business functions.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and product offerings.
  • Create transparency and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Develop presentations and executive materials for performance analysis.
  • Prepare business reviews and executive reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads and Sales F&BM on strategic initiatives.
  • Work with TS Commercialization and Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the business in internal/external working groups.
  • Deliver robust reporting on product and sales team performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive efficiencies and automation using tools like QlikSense and Tableau.
  • Support sales pipeline reporting and become a subject matter expert.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting or strategic finance in financial services.
  • BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Executive storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience with other analytical tools.
