What We'll Bring:
1. Payment Handling• Process daily payments including ACH, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, wire transfers, and online payment gateway transactions.
• Validate transaction details to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Monitor payment queues and ensure transactions are completed within defined SLAs.
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations of payment records with bank statements.
• Identify discrepancies and work with finance, banks, or vendors to resolve issues.
• Generate financial reports, transaction logs, and audit documentation.
3. Compliance & Controls
• Follow internal financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unpaid/open vouchers, debit balance, credit notes, void & reissue the payment entry and other regulatory requirements.
4. Customer & Internal Support
• Respond to customer queries related to payments, refunds, chargebacks, and failed transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Billing, Customer Service, Tech teams) for issue resolution.
5. System & Process Management
• Maintain and update payment systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with automation initiatives or process improvements to increase efficiency.
What You'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of financial systems, payment gateways, banking processes.
- Experience with ERP tools (Kyriba, Oracle, PeopleSoft) or payment platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation).
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain confidentiality.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- 1–5 years in payment processing, accounts receivable/payable, banking operations, or financial operations.
