Join Our Team as a Pathways Assistant!
Do you have a passion for the arts and a heart for working with older adults? Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community is seeking a part-time Pathways Assistant (25 hours/week) to help create meaningful art programs, wellness activities, events, and resident outings.

Qualifications
- Passion for the arts and creative programming
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with older adults and an understanding of the unique needs and interests of senior populations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
