ARSIEM is looking for a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst (Apprentice Operator-Passive). This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations
- Use various tools and databases to create, modify, and assess requirements
- Adjust collection system/access tasking
- Monitor the status of a collection system/access
- Monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies
- Provide first-instance troubleshooting
- Provide technical/operational guidance to customers
- Educate supported units in capabilities.
- Mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the standards of the Training Program and Operational TTPs
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in collection or geolocation.
- Technologies:
- Real-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM) of:
- Narrow-band analog Push-to-Talk radios
- Digital Mobile Radios (point-to-point, networked via RF or IP)
- Trunk Mobile Radio Systems
- High Powered Cordless Phones
- Personal Communication Devices operating in 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
- Manual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters
- Multi-aperture Direction Finding
Preferred Qualifications
- NSAG Passive Geolocation Certification or SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? The bonus for this position is 3,500, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
