Manage and support a Technical Engagement Network lab for a government customer. Responsibilities include Linux systems administration, cross-platform configuration management, infrastructure deployment, patching, troubleshooting, security monitoring, containerized application management, automation using OpenShift and Ansible, storage and replication support, access control, backups, and development of technical procedures and policies.

Lead use-case identification and requirements gathering for technology integration pilots, facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate mission needs into technical capabilities, develop business cases and measurable success criteria, document workflows and friction points, coordinate technical and operational teams, manage requirements traceability, support governance and metrics frameworks, and ensure scope discipline and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, debug, and integrate end-to-end software and service integrations for on-prem and cloud environments. Manage and troubleshoot NiFi dataflows and clusters, support Elastic cluster deployment and Kibana dashboards, perform system integration, upgrades, and light Python scripting for large-volume data ingestion and analytics.

Lead proactive computer network defense: identify vulnerabilities, detect intrusions, analyze network traffic and logs, perform vulnerability assessments and packet analysis, support digital forensics and exploitation, and produce detailed reports and mitigation recommendations for government stakeholders.

Design, optimize, and secure cloud (primarily AWS) architectures; lead on-prem to cloud migrations; develop infrastructure-as-code and automation; support CI/CD integration; conduct architecture reviews; troubleshoot complex issues during operations.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications in cloud and mission data environments. Build user-facing UIs, RESTful APIs, data visualizations, and CI/CD pipelines to support analyst workflows and deliver operational impact.
