The Role
We are hiring a Promoter to join our Partnerships Team. This role requires on-site presence at partner stores to support new users during activations, promotions, and joint campaigns. The Promoter will assist customers with account activations, completing KYC requirements, and understanding Klivvr’s financial products. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
What you will do!
- Promote Klivvr’s consumer finance products to in-store customers
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Assist customers with account activation, application submissions, and KYC processes
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams for follow-ups and approvals
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience, providing post-sale support as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner store staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within consumer finance, fintech, or retail electronics sectors.
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and basic financial concepts.
- Proficient in using mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proactive, goal-driven attitude
- Persuasive, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and simply.
- Flexibility to work both in-store and in the field based on operational needs.
