In this role, you'll work alongside the Head of Partnerships to enhance a strong partner program and drive business impact through partner marketing and operations (COAR).

SCHEDULE / WORK LOCATION 

Anywhere in the U.S.

This is a full-time remote position. The typical work week will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm working an expected 40+ hours/week. Ability to collaborate across various time zones. (flexible by PST, CST, or EST timezone).


Partner Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate partner and customer webinars, field events, and campaigns (Outreach, Linkedin) that deliver QoQ partner pipeline growth. Manage logistics, workflows, communication, and on-site support for partner field events (10% travel).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to ensure alignment on cross functional follow-through, in support of executing on partner initiatives accordingly.

Partner Process Operations

  • Support RevOps in ensuring partner pipeline and revenue reporting accuracy in Salesforce. 
  • Implement automated workflows to mitigate administrative deliverables. For example, streamline the partner application review and referral lead routing process. 
  • Oversee partner lead workflows to ensure timely and accurate follow-up from the Revenue team on partner-focused campaigns.

Partner Program Administration

  • Maintain organized records of partner directories (rolodex) and partner status.
  • Update and manage partner marketplace listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the 15Five partner inbox, including responding to support inquiries and routing them to appropriate teams.

Response

  • Represent 15Five in interactions with partners, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Surface escalations and blockers to the Head of Partnerships as needed, ensuring alignment on a timely resolution.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS or a fast-paced technology-focused business. 
  • Proven experience in partner program management, operations, and/or partner marketing is preferred but not required. 
  • Operational mindset with experience in lead tracking, reporting, and project management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with autonomy, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

The base salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role across all US locations. We benchmark all roles for compensation in ranges relative to the top half of the market of similar tech companies using up-to-date market data. Within the range, individual pay is determined by budget allocated for the role and additional factors, including job-related competencies and skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The US new hire OTE range for this full-time role is $95k - $115k OTE (80/20 split) + equity + benefits.


Note that base salary ranges are reviewed each year based on up-to-date market data, and team members who are performing are eligible for a merit increase, budget permitting.
