We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed company (just closed our Series A!) on a mission to modernize an outdated industry — and we’re just getting started. Our investors include Spark Capital, Founder Collective, Suffolk Technologies, 186 Ventures, and River Park Ventures, the same funds that backed category-defining companies like Slack, Anthropic, Uber, Venmo, and Amazon Pharmacy.

If you’re driven by the opportunity to build something groundbreaking, we’d love to meet you.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to own, grow, and scale strategic partnerships from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sales background, and knows how to both build and manage high-value partner relationships. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our reach, increasing revenue through channel and referral programs, and helping shape our long-term partner strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, source, and develop new strategic partnerships and channels that align with our business goals

  • Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and relationship management

  • Act as the key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring continued engagement, mutual value, and revenue growth

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives

  • Build scalable processes and frameworks for partner outreach, deal structuring, and reporting

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure commercial terms are aligned with company objectives

  • Analyze partnership performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes

The qualifications you need:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling partnership programs from scratch, or owning a partnership.

  • Strong deal-making and relationship-building skills with decision makers

  • A sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of revenue impact and pipeline contribution

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-moving environment

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus

Bonus Points:

  • Background in both B2B partnership models

  • Prior experience building affiliate or referral programs

Benefits:

  • Company stock options as part of your compensation package, giving you the opportunity to share in our company's success and build long-term financial growth.

  • A positive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement plans (401K), and paid time off.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.
