About The Role
This role is a rare chance to lead the go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility, as your efforts will define how we open new channels and markets. As a member of the Partnerships team, it will be your responsibility to identify, develop and grow strategic partnerships with national providers. You'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every possible patient, parent, and provider is aware of Charlie Health’s programs.

Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Partnerships in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating opportunities across key channels, including employers, education systems, government agencies, national providers, and digital health companies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategies and identify areas of opportunity
- Assist in developing and executing prospecting strategies, including targeted outreach, email campaigns, and participation in networking events
- Coordinate partnership activities, including scoping, contracting, and program design, while maintaining detailed records in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Serve as a key liaison between Charlie Health and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnership initiatives and resolve operational challenges
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement
- Represent Charlie Health at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build relationships
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to support complex projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively represent Charlie Health to external stakeholders
- Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare systems or mission-driven organizations is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partnership efforts
