In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a host of critical local stakeholders - including community leaders, suppliers, health system administrators, health workers, and implementing partners - to drive integration and ensure the continued impact and success of Zipline’s operations in a market.

What You'll Do- Build and maintain robust, high-level relationships with state-level stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and growing supply of commodities to the distribution center. This requires a consistent cadence of stakeholder engagement, including weekly or monthly meetings, with regular reporting on outcomes to demonstrate effective relationship management and sustained progress.
- Partner with Program Management and Operations staff to support execution of account growth strategies, including new use case and program implementations.
- Inform the design of Zipline’s social responsibility initiatives and drive execution of specified activities that contribute to countrywide goals, such as blood drives and other community-based health service delivery initiatives
- Grow awareness of Zipline’s service and impact among existing and potential partners by planning and operating community events, hosting professional and engaging tours at our distribution center, leading STEM trainings, and more
- Use data, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to communicate Zipline’s social and economic impact, building lasting relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and shared goals.
- Facilitate alignment between Zipline, State Stakeholders and key implementing partners to ensure service continuity, high partner satisfaction, and scalable growth across multiple regions.
- Generate and coordinate the timely submission of monthly and quarterly performance reports for key government stakeholders.
- Leverage monthly/quarterly performance and impact data to facilitate regular, use-case-specific engagements with government stakeholders and other partners.
- Support state level commercial sustainability by identifying key and influential stakeholders within the government and political space within the state.
- Experience in Sales, Market access, Key Account Management, partnerships, customer service, or other types of client-facing roles.
- Strong Sales and Partnership experience managing complex products.
- Experience collaborating with NGOs, Donor Agencies, Implementation Partners, government agencies or county-level stakeholders
- Strong Project & Program Management, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-orientation with ability to coherently manage scopes of work
- Collaborative approach that includes working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
