We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to drive partner acquisition, engagement, and growth across assigned territories. This role is responsible for managing the complete partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to enablement, engagement, and long-term retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial intermediaries such as Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs), along with a strong ability to build strategic relationships and drive business growth through partner networks.
RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, engage, and onboard new distribution partners across assigned territories.
- Build relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Present and articulate the partner value proposition effectively, highlighting business growth, client retention, and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Own the complete lifecycle of assigned partner accounts, including onboarding, activation, enablement, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure partners are successfully integrated and equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to drive business outcomes.
- Convert newly onboarded and existing partner accounts into active, revenue-generating relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, partner reviews, client seminars, product training sessions, and co-branded events.
- Track and analyze key partner performance metrics, including:
- Referrals generated
- Client conversions
- Revenue contribution per partner
- Partner engagement levels
- Identify opportunities to improve partner productivity and proactively address engagement gaps.
- Develop initiatives to increase partner participation, adoption, and business contribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, support, and issue resolution.
- Gather partner feedback and provide actionable insights to improve products, services, and partner programs.
- Support the execution of partner-focused campaigns, events, and growth initiatives.
