About the Role:
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager, Americas to lead ecosystem execution across the US and the broader Americas region. This is a revenue-aligned regional partnerships role focused on working with Phrase’s partners to support sales growth in the region.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Americas Sales team to ensure partner involvement in key accounts, support partner-sourced pipeline generation, and drive adoption of Phrase in strategic deals. You’ll also work with the broader Partnerships team to onboard and enable partners under our Verified Solutions Program, and coordinate field-level execution for AWS and services partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new opportunities with services, cloud, and technology partners.
- Collaborate with AEs and partners to accelerate deals through co-selling, referrals, and technical validation.
- Enable partners to deliver customer value through onboarding, managed services, and co-marketing support.
- Coordinate with AWS on co-sell motions, ACE submissions, and Marketplace procurement flows.
- Support execution of field campaigns, events, and partner-driven demand generation initiatives.
- Map partners to strategic accounts and build joint account plans with sales.

- Sales and marketing teams across North America
AWS field teams and Marketplace teams - LSP and LSI partners providing onboarding and managed services
- ISVs and integration partners building on the Phrase platform
- Strategic advisors and consultants involved in localization or content strategy
Who You Are:
- You have experience in either a commercial partnerships role in localization (LSP, TMS, or localization tech provider) or in a SaaS partnerships role, ideally in content, CMS, developer tools, or customer experience technology.
- You are regionally focused and understand the relationship between partner activity and sales success.
- You are execution-driven and comfortable managing day-to-day coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- You have experience navigating partner ecosystems including cloud co-sell programs, integrations, and services alignment.
