Our Approach to Partnerships
While Goodlord proudly serves the property and lettings ecosystem, our infrastructure is built on deeply integrated software, APIs, and multi-platform tech stacks.

Because of this, this specific position requires a native background in B2B SaaS, tech-platform scaling, or fintech environments. We need a commercial builder who already speaks the language of product roadmaps, software revenue attribution, and technical integrations.
This role would particularly suit an ambitious tech-partnerships professional who wants to own a strategy from scratch in a fast-paced, product-led business.

What the Role Is

This is a commercial-first role reporting to our MD of B2B Platform. You aren't just managing existing relationships; you are building, structuring, and negotiating the technology partnerships that will define our market position. You will be entering a "sleeves-rolled-up" environment where you will be creating the frameworks, playbooks, and templates yourself, not just managing an inherited machine.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Identifying and prioritising high-value tech partnerships and opening senior-level doors.

  • Owning end-to-end negotiation of revenue models, attribution, and commercial terms that actually deliver P&L impact.

  • Working with Product to define MVP integrations and Sales & Marketing to ensure partnerships translate into a live pipeline.

  • Ensuring every partnership solves a genuine customer pain point, is technically feasible and stands up to commercial scrutiny.

Again, this is a hands-on, high-accountability role. If you prefer brand or marketing partnerships over commercial deal-striking, or if you aren't comfortable talking directly to customers to validate ideas, this won't be the right fit.

What we need from you:

  • You have proven experience in B2B SaaS and are looking for an opportunity where you can build from scratch rather than inherit a framework.

  • You don’t just collect "logos on a slide." You understand P&L impact, from negotiating revenue-share models and protecting margins to ensuring every deal delivers measurable outcomes.

  • You’re as comfortable whiteboarding an integration with a Product Manager as you are pitching a C-suite stakeholder.

  • You can move seamlessly between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to align everyone behind a partnership launch.

  • This is a "sleeves-rolled-up" role. You’ll be building the frameworks and templates yourself, not just managing an existing machine. If you come with your own playbooks even better!

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, tech-platform scaling, or fintech environments
  • Experience structuring and negotiating commercial partnerships, revenue-share models, and delivering P&L impact
  • Experience with technical integrations and APIs; able to whiteboard integrations with Product teams
  • Proven ability to open senior-level doors and manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle
  • Ability to align Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Management to translate partnerships into pipeline
  • Comfortable directly validating ideas with customers
  • Bring existing playbooks or frameworks for partnerships
  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Able to pass an Experian referencing check
