About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at ROLLER. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our partner ecosystem, acting as the main point of contact for our partners, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen these relationships. You'll deeply understand the leisure and attraction industry, along with our partners’ goals, products, and technology. Your primary focus will initially be on managing and expanding our hardware partnerships, with the opportunity to branch out into other categories as our ecosystem expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional support and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Screen inbound partner inquiries and assess potential partnership opportunities, involving senior team members when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined processes for partners to access information and support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with referral and integration partners to drive mutual success and growth.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by managing and promoting hardware packages to both new and existing customers.
  • Develop strategies to support partner-driven sales initiatives and maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner relationship data in Salesforce, ensuring all interactions and developments are documented.
  • Use Salesforce data to monitor partner performance and support strategic decision-making.


About You

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
  • You have a solid understanding of technology/hardware, with previous experience in hardware sales being a significant advantage.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, with strong skills in data management and analysis.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • You are a team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You're based in Austin, TX and are interested in a hybrid-working environment.

    You’ll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
    You will get to meet with our VP of Partnerships to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
  3. Loop Interviews
    This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a ‘vibe check’ on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
  4. Offer
    If all lights are green and the fit feels right, we’ll conduct reference checks and you'll receive an offer to join!
