You Have:

5+ years’ experience in public accounting in Tax
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Extensive experience with flow-through taxation
Preferred industry experience in Financial Services, Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Accountable project management skills with ability to develop staff
Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn
Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues
Interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients.

You Will:

Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.
Manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely and efficiently
Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
Supervise tax associates' assignments and managing the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.
Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
