Job Summary
This role will contribute to the acceleration of revenue growth by administering the PrismHR marketplace application with the primary goal of increasing awareness and discoverability of marketplace opportunities. This role will also enable our partners to track leads and deal flow through a common platform and provide the PrismHR sales and enablement team data to more effectively close deals. In addition, this role will support our new and existing partners in planning integrations and providing systems training with the goal of reducing support burden
Responsibilities
- Lead the PrismHR project to implement and create the PrismHR Marketplace application.
- Responsible for the ongoing administration of the PrismHR Marketplace application.
- Serve as primary administrator of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) application.
- Create and maintain client and partner documentation for the PrismHR Marketplace and PRM application.
- Document and support Partnership’s team Salesforce requirements.
- Coordinate with internal Salesforce resources to implement and maintain Salesforce to enable Partnership team goals.
- Support clients and partners with sales administration and lead flow through Marketplace and
PRM application. - Train and advise new partners on PrismHR functionality and PrismHR API best practices.
- Support existing partners with ongoing functionality training and integration support.
- Configure PrismHR integration requirements when clients sign up with new partners, where
applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 5-10 years experience in an HRIS, HCM, or payroll systems configuration role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, HCM, or payroll systems technology ecosystem.
- Experience with the SMB and/or service provider technology sales cycle.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
