Partnership Directors are the business leads for large, strategic hospital and health system accounts. They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. Partnership Directors partner with Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions.
The Partnership Director, Enterprise Performance, will be pivotal in building Aledade’s service model in the Minnesota market and beyond for a core group of strategic partners.
Primary Duties:
- Responsibilities
- Manages at least one large hospital and health system partner, including all relevant value based contracts and Aledade lives under management (LUM)
- Works with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for their account(s).
- Is responsible for business development and relationship management at the account level.
- Provides support and direction to operations teams and subject matter experts working on Aledade’s Enterprise Performance team.
- Assumes financial accountability for their account(s) with a focus on operational excellence.
- Percentage Breakdown
- ACO Strategy 50%- Set and achieve annual savings goals, process metric targets, and quality targets for value-based contracts, in alignment with current year revenue performance priorities and in conjunction with the SVP of Strategic Initiatives and Market Presidents within the Provider Networks team. Provide thought leadership in service of building a repeatable playbook for enterprise performance strategy
- ACO Leadership and Operations 25%- Manage ACO profit & loss and actively interface between ACO operations teams and Aledade centralized support teams to maximize value-based care outcomes. Lead local and/or multi-state ACO Boards. Liaison between ACO board and Aledade centralized support teams.
- Regional Growth & Development 15%- Collaborate with strategic Growth and local field teams to identify and establish partnerships with new physician practices; establish connections with key regional and local partner organizations (e.g., health systems, specialists, ancillary groups, post-acute providers, etc.) to achieve targets. Support onboarding of new account(s).
- Professional Development of Direct Reports 10% - Support the professional development goals and endeavors of direct reports (if/as applicable; this role may be either a people manager or an individual contributor), guiding their aspirations to align with company goals and OKRs. Apply same leadership approach to dotted line team members supporting ACO performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must reside in Minnesota
- 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting) with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management.
- 7+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of Value Based Care experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed

- Proven track record creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
- Experience communicating effectively with senior management
