- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with distribution platforms and insurance companies.
- Develop business cases, proposals, and partnership structures to support revenue growth objectives.
- Negotiate and close commercial terms in alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Implementation & Servicing
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new insurance distribution partnerships.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and rollout of products and processes with partners.
- Provide ongoing servicing and support to maintain strong partner relationships.
- Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with external partners and insurance providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and compliance teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Facilitate alignment and clear communication between internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, tech) and external stakeholders.
- Support internal departments by securing necessary data, reports, and information from partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project and partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
- Regularly update the regional distribution team on project development, implementation progress, and post-launch performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or insurance distribution.
- Proven track record of developing, implementing and managing strategic partnerships in the insurance or fintech sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of insurance products, data reporting, and commercial models.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English & Vietnamese language.
