Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Collaborate with account managers in government and large enterprise segments to facilitate and provide tailored offers aligned with VF guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for the decision-makers across a diverse portfolio of major companies in Qatar, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Share the offers through targeted email campaigns, collaborate with the account managers and the key stakeholders within the accounts, and coordinate roadshows and facilitate access to increase Sales reach within the EBU accounts.
• Establish and nurture business partnership with top EBU accounts to identify new business opportunities, including negotiating and formalizing agreements such as MOUs which give access and benefits to Vodafone ..
• Support and increase B2B2C’s sales performance by coordinating with CBU direct and the indirect sales teams to achieve sales targets. And stretch the sales performance.

• Ensure generating and transfer qualified leads to the CBU sales team, facilitating access to key accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of sales activities, including roadshows and field initiatives, ensuring sales steam are equipped with the right products to generate and close leads through targeted engagements and market visits.
• Collaborate with direct sales and the Retail sales team to deliver tailored promotions aimed at increasing the sales presence and achieving B2B2C sales targets.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop and design new propositions and execute promotions for services, including Voice, Mobile Broadband, Home, and digital products. Enable the sales team to effectively promote offerings such as Instant SIM, IPAY, WBS, and My Book.
• Boost Fiber sales within the B2B2C segment by identifying the leads form B2B2C market are effectively transferred and actioned by the sales team.
• Act as a central point of coordination between the account managers and the companies’ spokespersons and the b2b2c sales team, identify potential opportunities, and align with broader sales objectives.
• Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in Telecom sector.
• In depth knowledge of telecom products and services (e.g., Voice, Fiber, MBB, digital solutions).
• Experience working with diverse industry segments such as government, oil and gas, education, banking, and retail.
• Proficient in creating and managing client-focused solutions and partnerships.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • In depth knowledge of telecom products and services
  • Experience working with diverse industry segments
  • Proficient in creating and managing client-focused solutions and partnerships
