Position Overview This position is pivotal in establishing and fostering strategic business partnerships with financial institutions, corporations, fintech companies, and other B2B entities within the investment and financial sectors. The primary goal is to expand Moomoo's market presence and drive user growth through valuable business partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential business partners including financial institutions, investment platforms, corporate clients, and fintech companies to initiate and cultivate strategic B2B partnerships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to achieve user growth and revenue targets by leveraging complementary business capabilities and distribution channels.
- Structure and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that enhance Moomoo's product offerings, market reach, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to create integrated solutions and co-branded services that deliver value to both businesses and end-users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product development, and operations) to align partnership strategies with Moomoo's overarching business objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to support sustainable business (user and AUM) growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, with a preference for candidates with experience and resources in the financial services, investment, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing successful B2B partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex partnership deals that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of the investment, finance, and technology industries, including trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Language proficiency in English and Malay, with proficiency in Chinese preferred.
- Results-oriented with self-motivation, able to embrace user growth objectives.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure, effectively multitasking.
- Strong ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player.
