PeopleCert is looking for a Partner's Channel Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing LanguageCert’s online presence. This role involves managing website content, enhancing user experience, improving SEO performance, and driving online engagement. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in digital marketing, and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s websites.

· Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.

· Coordinate with design and development teams to implement new features and improvements.

2. SEO and Performance Optimization:

· Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

· Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance speed and usability.

· Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical SEO best practices.

3. Content Strategy and Management:

· Develop and manage a content calendar in collaboration with the content team.

· Ensure all web content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

· Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

· Provide insights and recommendations based on web data analysis to improve online strategies.

· Track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives.

5. User Experience (UX) Enhancement:

· Work with UX/UI designers to improve website navigation and overall user experience.

· Work proactively to optimize conversions.

6. Project Management:

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and IT.

Qualifications:

· Academic background in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Web Channel Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.

· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as Sitecore.

· Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

· Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.

· Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

· Ability to collaborate within a multi-functional team's environment.

· A getting-things-done attitude, able to multitask and prioritize, set timelines and goals to deliver high quality content against target deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with web content creation and maintenance through a Content Management System.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic web design principles.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
