Maverick Payments is a family-owned and privately held full-service payment provider. Located in Calabasas, California, Maverick has created innovative technology designed for sales organizations, such as ISO’s and ISV’s, looking to monetize payments by reselling our white-labeled payments stack. Our payment products include merchant acquiring services, a proprietary gateway, ACH processing, fraud & chargeback tools, analytics, and other value-add services. Maverick’s team includes underwriting, risk management, compliance & legal, technology & product development, on-boarding, customer support, information technology, and more.
About the Position:
Reporting to the Partner Support Manager, the Partner Support Representative I provides support and business services to strategic business partners, including Outside Sales Agents in soliciting and retaining merchant customers.
- Providing client support to partners and working directly with external and internal personnel to resolve any issues which may arise within the relationship.
- Entering data, including, without limitation, new applications, pending items, etc. into Company’s systems.
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to sales partners to assist them with day-to-day items such as assistance opening Dashboard tickets, entitlement additions, guidance on account changes for bank account updates and/or demographic updates etc.
- Managing and maintaining in company’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) systems. Entering new applications to be entered into the Maverick dashboard CRM.
- Communicating essential information to partners and maintaining appropriate business etiquette throughout interactions with partners.
- Processing Happy Fox and Dashboard tickets as assigned (ie entering new applications, statement requests, VAR Sheet requests etc).
- Relaying essential technical information internally and externally, including, without limitation, proper use of Company’s systems, promotional offerings, and application packaging.
- Navigating multiple computer system interfaces to key application information into the Company’s systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adheres to Maverick’s policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements such as PCI compliance, data privacy, and card brand regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in merchant services.
- 3 years customer service facing role in a call center environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel.
- CBOS knowledge a plus!
- Fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish a plus
- Works on-site at Maverick’s Calabasas location.

Pay Range: $22-$28/hourly
