As a Partner Success Manager – ControlOne, you will play a critical role in delivering a standout experience to our partners throughout their ControlOne journey. You’ll drive product adoption, ensure deployment success, and champion partner satisfaction—reducing churn and growing a loyal base of ControlOne advocates.
You’ll be hands-on with onboarding support, proactive engagement, issue resolution, and partner training. This is a relationship-first role with a strong technical and operational backbone, designed for someone who thrives on driving partner success through service, insight, and follow-through.
- Actively engage with partners in the Exploring and Expanding stages to increase ControlOne adoption and standardization.
- Support onboarding by assisting with order processing, managing HubSpot tickets, and attending partner calls with the Senior Solutions Architect.
- Oversee and execute basic ControlOne deployments and help partners navigate obstacles to full deployment.
- Monitor partner health using RAG status indicators and intervene early to drive issue resolution and license utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ICU cases, prevent churn, and elevate the partner experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to partner emails and Zendesk tickets.
- Identify partner needs, provide guidance, and drive confidence in the ControlOne platform.
- Continuously improve internal workflows and suggest process enhancements to support scalability and partner outcomes.
- Deliver product demos and support partner sales efforts to increase close rates and standardization.
- Empathetic Relationship Builder: Understands and anticipates partner needs with high emotional intelligence.
- Product Knowledge: Effectively communicates and supports ControlOne’s technical capabilities.
