About the position
We are looking for a committed Partner Success Manager (recruit) with passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in The Netherlands and Belgium.
You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for partner onboarding, management and business growth (indirect). You will bring value to your partners thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft environment. Together with the Dutch and Belgium PSM's, and as part of Team Mid Europe you will further nurture and develop the Companial channel business in the Benelux. Located in Leusden, you will report to the Region Lead Mid Europe also based in the Netherlands and work closely with the Mid Europe team on a daily basis.
Communication is key and therefore it is important, that your Dutch and English is business fluent in writing and speech. You will be working via online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and e-mail. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with. This is to keep track of leads, opportunities and reporting.
Main Tasks:
- Engage with prospect partners about the value of Microsoft Business Applications portfolio.
- Lead presentations, demonstrations and workshops around Dynamics 365 Business Applications.
- Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions in relation to the challenges, performance indicators, expectations and business needs.
- Help the partner strategy by developing business, marketing and technical plans with managers within the Companial partner.
- Engage the partner in Microsoft and Companial ecosystem by leveraging key tools and programs. You will establish and maintain governance processes, monitor the pace of business and report to the different entities.
- Proactively coordinate execution of services and guide them in their partner journey.
- Be the voice of the partner by escalating various alerts, blockers and resources needed.
- Participate in events (or other actions of communication) with and for our partners.
- Participate in business strategy for the Benelux Region.
Ideal Candidate:
- Brings a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in business applications (preferred), sales, or partner management.
- Skilled in presenting, demonstrating, and facilitating workshops, with an engaging approach for diverse audiences.
- Able to articulate the value of technical solutions effectively, aligning them with business goals and performance indicators.
- Demonstrates strong governance abilities, including establishing processes, tracking business progress, and delivering comprehensive reports.
- Proficient in coordinating and executing strategies to guide and support partners throughout their journey.
- Possesses effective communication skills to represent partner needs, escalate issues as needed, and identify key resources to support collaboration.
- Holds a deep understanding of business strategy, particularly within the Benelux market.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Power Apps, etc.) is advantageous.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluent English, with an educational background from University or HBO level.
Fluency in Dutch is a key requirement for this position.
