As a Partner Success Intern, you will work together with our Partner Success Team in Paris and provide on-going high quality support for our partners to make their services successful. In return, you will get a broad introduction to entrepreneurship, account management, technology management and on-demand mobility. You will work as part of a young start-up team and experience first hand the dynamics of the rapidly changing mobility industry. Your impact? Helping Via bring efficient, sustainable, and inclusive tech-supported transportation to a greater number of people.
This is a full-time internship for a period of at least 6 months. The position is based in Paris, where we work in a hybrid way. Previous work experience is recommended.
About the Role:
- Become a Via expert - develop a deep understanding of our technology, use cases, and best practices to support partners with confidence
- Own quality assurance for new product features, thoroughly testing before rollout to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Draft clear, easy-to-follow product documentation in local language that partners actually use and rely on
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns for our partners aimed at growing ridership on their networks
- Analyze service performance data to lead quarterly business reviews, delivering partners with concrete, actionable recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Build marketing materials that bring our partners' success stories to life
About You:
- Fluent in English and French (C2 minimum), Italian is a plus
- Currently enrolled in university (at least 3rd semester)
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from performance metrics
- A strong communicator who can translate complex information into clear, simple language
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
- Entrepreneurial and proactive - you spot problems before they escalate and come with solutions, not just questions
