We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagement across Global System Integrators (GSIs) and boutique partners.
This is not a traditional pre-sales role.
You will operate at the intersection of:
- Deep architecture conversations
- Executive-level influence
- Partner enablement and revenue generation
Your goal:
👉 Enable partners to understand, position, and sell DevRev independently
👉 Co-create high-impact enterprise use cases
👉 Drive partner-led pipeline and deal success
- Own technical relationships with GSIs and strategic partners
- Enable partners on:
- DevRev architecture (AI-native, knowledge graph, agentic workflows)
- Differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI stack
- Design and deliver:
- Partner workshops
- Technical bootcamps
- Solution playbooks
- Lead deep-dive discussions on:
- Knowledge graph (“Memory”) architecture
- AI agents and enterprise workflows
- Data ingestion (AirSync vs traditional ETL)
- Clearly articulate differentiation vs (for example):
- Enterprise search tools like Glean
- Microsoft AI stack / Copilots / AI Foundry
- Google Gemini Enterprise
- Legacy CRM + AI bolt-ons (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Partner with GSIs in:
- Opportunity shaping
- Use-case discovery
- Solution architecture
- Support:
- Executive briefings (VP, CXO level)
- POVs / POCs
- High-stakes demos
- Identify high-value use cases across industries:
- BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, Travel, etc.
- Translate business problems into:
- AI-driven workflows
- Agent-based solutions
- Package repeatable partner-ready solutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders:
- CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, Product Leaders
- Drive conversations around:
- AI transformation
- Operational efficiency
- Unified data + experience platforms
- Represent DevRev in:
- Partner events
- Executive forums
- Strategic workshops
- 12+ years in Solutions Engineering / Pre-sales / Consulting / Architecture roles
- Strong experience working with:
- Global System Integrators (GSIs) OR
- Enterprise consulting / partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise architecture
- APIs, integrations, data pipelines, security & compliance
- AI/ML concepts (RAG, embeddings, agents)
- Ability to go deep technically AND simplify for business audiences
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)
- MBA or equivalent business exposure is a strong plus
- You can switch seamlessly between:
- Whiteboarding architecture
- Running a boardroom conversation
- You don’t just respond to deals — you create them
- You understand that:
Selling through partners ≠ selling directly
It requires enablement, trust, and leverage
This role is critical to:
- Scaling DevRev beyond direct sales
- Building a strong partner-led GTM motion in India and globally
- Positioning DevRev as the architectural alternative to fragmented AI + CRM stacks

Skills Required
- 12+ years in Solutions Engineering / Pre-sales / Consulting / Architecture roles
- Experience working with Global System Integrators or Enterprise consulting
- Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, security, compliance
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech)
