As a Partner Solutions Architect (Training and Support) at Grafana Labs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our software solutions by focusing on the training and support of our services delivery partners. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to train and work alongside our delivery partners, equipping them with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively deploy and support our software solutions. You’ll be key in the design and operation of our partner certification programs. Your work will dramatically expand our partner delivery network. This role requires a dedicated professional who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and partner enablement, ensuring our partners can deliver exceptional service to their clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Training and Certification: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for services delivery partners to enhance their understanding and proficiency in utilizing our software. Conduct workshops, webinars, and on-site training sessions tailored to partner needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to partners during the deployment and post-implementation phases. Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and best practice guidance to ensure successful software integration and operation.
  • Solution Design Assistance: Collaborate with partners to understand their specific requirements and provide architectural guidance to design tailored solutions that align with Grafana Labs' software capabilities and best practices.
  • Resource Development: Create and maintain detailed documentation, training materials, and technical resources to support partner enablement. Ensure resources are up-to-date with the latest software features and industry trends.
  • Implementation Guidance and Co-Delivery: Support partners in the implementation of our software solutions, offering hands-on assistance and expert advice to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit between partners and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements. Advocate for partner needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Present the services partner program to potential partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with services delivery partners. Regularly engage with partners to understand their challenges, celebrate their successes, and identify opportunities for further support and collaboration.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Grafana Labs at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Share knowledge and insights through blog posts, whitepapers, and other thought leadership content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on training and supporting services delivery partners.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Automation tools,  Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other Grafana Labs technologies.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.
  • Strong understanding of complex software architectures, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support partners.
  • Experience with software implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF).

In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $178,503 - $214,204.  Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
