THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a PARTNER SALES SR ANALYST for our PARTNER SALES AUTOMATION team in BRAZIL!
In this role, you will work with the Sales Automation Senior Manager to enhance sales performance through our Self-Serve Tool. Your responsibilities will include managing leads, supporting local market campaigns, closing opportunities, and improving operational efficiency for Self Sign-Up.
Success will be measured by 1) increasing conversions to new partnerships, and 2) optimizing internal processes for managing opportunities with all internal teams.
You’ll collaborate with sales teams across markets, as well as marketing and product teams, to drive partnerships in an established, growing market. We’re looking for a game-changer to help elevate our team
YOUR IMPACT
- Support the Partner Sales Automation Senior Manager to develop strategies to increase inbound and outbound lead flow
- Push for the right commercials to send to prospects to bring new partners to the network
- Collaborate with other executives to optimize sales processes and maximize lead conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Ensure optimal Partner Experience for new signed partners by helping them launch smoothly
- Work with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to resolve problems that partners have. This will include designing the right processes to set us up for success.
- Track and report on key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and success

WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales related field
- Fluency in English and Portuguese: facilitate outreach to prospects in key markets like Brazil
- Customer Experience: provide an understanding of the sales process and strategies to onboard new partners, understanding our partner's pain and how we can deal with objections
- Sales Experience: convert prospects effectively through the sales funnel
- Proactive & Ambitious: ensure continuous effort toward meeting and exceeding sales targets for growth
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: identify improvements to optimize sales and partner experience
- Communication & Collaboration: support seamless collaboration across internal teams like Technology, Operations, and Marketing
- Stakeholder Management: ensure smooth coordination with prospects and internal teams to secure deals
- Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced environments, keeping ahead of market changes
- CRM & Automation Tool Experience: essential for managing leads and tracking performance
- Data Analysis Skills: help identify trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Spanish or other languages will be a plus
