We are seeking a motivated Partner Sales Specialist to help us recruit, enable, and activate new partners for our partner program.
Role Overview:
As a Partner Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting new partners to join Klaviyo's partner program. You will work to quickly vet potential partners, sell them on Klaviyo's value proposition, and foster strong relationships to drive mutual success. This role is crucial in expanding our partner network and creating a robust pipeline for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Recruit: Hunt for new target partners who align with Klaviyo's goals, including marketing agencies, system integrators, and technology providers.
  • Vet Potential Partners: Assess and quickly vet potential partners who approach Klaviyo for partnership opportunities.
  • Sell Klaviyo's Value: Effectively communicate the benefits of Klaviyo's platform and how it can drive growth for both their clients and their own businesses.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with a wide variety of partner profiles, enabling them to effectively understand, sell and adopt the platform.
  • Drive Pipeline: Proactively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline with new partners, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of sales or partnership experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment, taking responsibility for your own success.
  • Active listening skills with the ability to understand business needs and propose effective solutions.
  • proven ability to outbound and qualify at scale.
  • Comprehensive experience with tools like outreach, setting up, personalizing and iterating on sequences
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create awareness within the target partner community

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law
Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
$72,000 - $108,000 AUD
