Position Overview
As the Partner Manager Healthcare – DACH, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with key partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will drive joint go-to-market initiatives, work closely with sales, technical teams and marketing, manage partner enablement, and ensure that partner engagements lead to mutual success. Your primary focus will be on partners within the healthcare ecosystem, including system integrators, consultancies, and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic healthcare partners across the DACH region.
- Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively position and sell InterSystems healthcare solutions (e.g., HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS for Health).
- Strategic Planning: Build and execute regional partner business plans aligned with InterSystems' growth objectives.
- Revenue Generation: Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales opportunities, manage pipeline development, and achieve revenue targets.
- Program Management: Guide partners through InterSystems' partner program, ensuring engagement in marketing, training, and certification activities.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze healthcare market trends in DACH, providing feedback to internal teams to refine product positioning and partner strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with InterSystems' sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner activities and drive customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of partner management, channel sales, or business development experience in healthcare IT or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare sector and its regulatory landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful partner relationships that drive revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel within the DACH region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EHR/EMR vendors, healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), or healthcare analytics.
- Familiarity with InterSystems technologies is a plus.
