Position Title: Partner Sales Executive (PSE) – GSI Alliances
Department: Global Alliances & Partners
Reports To: Director of Global Alliances
Location: Remote (Major metro area near key GSI hubs preferred)
Position Type: Full-time, Quota-Carrying
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and quota-carrying Partner Sales Executive (PSE) to spearhead our co-sell pipeline generation within major Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture and Deloitte. In this role, you will be the commercial engine driving our alliance strategy. You will be deeply embedded within the supply chain and operations practices of these premier GSIs, mapping accounts, identifying strategic enterprise opportunities, and driving net-new software revenue.
The ideal candidate operates as a true sales executive—a peer to GSI Managing Directors who possesses the hunter mentality required to unlock massive enterprise deals through a co-sell motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation & Hunting: Actively hunt for and uncover net-new software sales opportunities within the global client portfolios of Accenture and Deloitte.
- Quota Ownership: Own and consistently exceed a dedicated partner-driven annual revenue quota (ACV/ARR).
- Account Mapping & Co-Selling: Build deep, trusted relationships with GSI Partners, MDs, and Practice Leads. Align our field sales teams with GSI account teams to jointly pitch and win enterprise accounts.
- Internal GSI Evangelism: Educate and enable GSI consultants on our supply chain solution's value proposition, ensuring they understand how our software drives their services revenue.
- Deal Packaging: Strategically position our software into large-scale digital transformation RFPs and proactive consulting pitches.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of driving co-sell revenue alongside Tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or EY).
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations software landscape.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: Clear evidence of carrying and hitting an individual sales quota, with a focus on sourcing new pipeline rather than just maintaining relationships.
- GSI Savvy: Deep understanding of GSI compensation models, practice structures, and how to align software licenses with lucrative consulting attach-rates.

Manhattan Associates Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Manhattan Associates and has not been reviewed or approved by Manhattan Associates.
-
Fair & Transparent Compensation — Pay is generally characterized as on par with industry standards and often described as fair or above average, with stronger competitiveness in certain roles and at higher seniority. The overall picture suggests a “solid but not standout” base-compensation experience that can feel better when variable pay or role leverage is higher.
-
Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits — Well-being programs are positioned as a notable strength, including mental-health resources and support tools such as Headspace access, an EAP, and financial-wellness offerings. These lifestyle-oriented extras appear to elevate the perceived total rewards value beyond salary alone.
-
Parental & Family Support — Family-support benefits are highlighted through caregiving assistance (e.g., Care.com access) and the presence of maternity and paternity/partner leave. The existence of dedicated family and caregiver support contributes positively to the overall benefits perception.
