Bazaarvoice is looking to recruit a Partner Sales Manager to work globally with our partners and Bazaarvoice sales and customer success team to drive pipeline and build relationships. This person will be working closely with the Regional Leads to execute on the partner strategy to deliver net new pipeline, booked revenue and build strong partner relationships. The role will report to the leader of our Ecosystem and Alliances team. This is a pipeline-generating role.

How you will make an impact:

  • You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams at both Bazaarvoice and in partner organizations to secure new business, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships in support of accelerating Bazaarvoice business across our Agency and ISV partners. 
  • This role also includes partner co-selling initiatives across the regions.
  • Work in conjunction with the Global Partnerships team to build and execute a plan aligned to the regional and global goals.
  • Planning campaigns, outreach programs which are interlocked with partner, field marketing and sales.
  • Create a programmatic approach to target all partners' pipeline generation potential.
  • Be an influencer and leader working to gain rapport with internal and external teams.
  • Become a trusted advisor to manage escalations and drive revenue growth across the territory.

Who you are:

  • You will have experience in partner sales management in the social media, influencer and/or e-commerce industry, working with Agencies and ISV partners.
  • This role requires experience in building and growing channel partner and alliances relationships, including evaluating and recruiting new partners, negotiating key commercial agreements and driving joint sales success. 
  • The successful candidate will build relationships and execute plans with Bazaarvoice sales and customer success teams that deliver new sales pipeline. 
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with Bazaarvoice’s top partners and sales team in the region.
  • Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style.
  • A quota driven sales personality and drive. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-10 years or more experience working in partner sales and development
  • 2-3 years of more of managing ‘tier one’ partnerships with successful track record of developing and growing pipeline 
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting complex and high-value deal cycles with partners and sales teams.
  • Multiplier mindset with excellent skills in communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A data driven person for strategy planning and execution.
  • Experience in building teams and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Experienced in business development negotiation
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media and/or e-commerce
