Job Summary:
This role will own all unassigned partners and proactively reach out through phone calls to create relationships with partners in order to win business. Outbound calls may include providing account support and resolving issues as necessary. This role will also place calls to follow up on resolved issues, announce promotions and contests, promote new rollouts and drive awareness of further business opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively place or follow up on out-bound calls to unassigned partners to address unresolved issues, announce promotions / contests and promote all new rollouts.
  • Respond to phone and email requests from unassigned lower-producing / inactive sales partners in accordance with department service level agreements.
  • Actively work front end credits, bonus issues, residual issues, agent profiles in order to drive a solid relationship with the partner.
  • Provides direction and guidance answering questions about information in systems and products such as Agent Info Center, ELAP/SE/MyResource Portal, Portfolio, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments via phone, email, or in-person to discuss and resolve partner issues and assist with onboarding new merchants.
  • Investigate and determine the root cause of issues and suggest solutions for improvement to management.

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma
  • At least one-year prior sales development experience
  • Experience working with agents/partners in the payments industry (preferred)

Salary Range: $20.00- $27.00
