We are seeking a highly motivated financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial support for Snowflake’s partner programs and investments. This is a high impact role responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting and insights to optimize performance across the partner programs and investments for Snowflake, our customers and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the fiscal month-end close processes including managing accruals, reconciliations and performing the variance analysis for partner programs.
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs including automation of existing and new reporting on key performance metrics
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner programs, incentives and investments, working closely with internal and external teams as needed.
Review and approve the POs for partner programs and investments in accordance with established policies, budgets, and procedure
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Document procedures, workflows and best practices related to partner programs, financial processes and reconciliation.
Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs.
Work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building and automating financial models and financial insights
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Minimum five years prior experience in Finance, Sales Finance & Operations, Channel Finance
Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is a plus
Proficiency in MS office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides)
Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus
