Role Summary:
The Partner Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that our partner brands are accurately represented across all internal systems and customer-facing platforms. This role manages essential operational processes—such as monitoring partner-facing sites, maintaining accurate partner data, and supporting brand updates—while collaborating across teams to resolve partner and internal requests quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support addressing and resolving issues directly with restaurant partners or in coordination with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Support.
- Perform service requests for partners and internal stakeholders, including adjusting in-app visibility, branding updates, modal management, and technical updates.
- Ensure timely execution of changes related to partner accounts, settings, and data integrity.
- Execute offboarding procedures for partners, ensuring seamless and accurate system changes.
- Process and implement partner POS changes, ensuring accuracy and smooth operational continuity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and contribute to SOP documentation.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc partner-related tasks or projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, or partner/customer success management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing projects across multiple departments while balancing operational priorities.
- Passion for hospitality, restaurants, and building strong partner relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Taskray, Atlassian)
- Data-driven with ability to assess capacity, performance, and efficiency.
- Experience in channel or partnership enablement at a growth-stage or startup environment.
- Experience in client onboarding, implementation, or partner enablement.

- $70,000 + Benefits
