Overview
The Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) team is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator to support the growth and scale of Mastercard's partnerships ecosystem through operational excellence, partner onboarding, platform administration, and process optimization.
As Mastercard continues to expand its channel partnerships globally, the Mastercard Partner Advantage Portal has become a critical capability supporting partner engagement, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while driving improvements that enhance partner experience, operational scalability, and data quality.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating efficient, scalable operational models within a fast-paced environment.
Role
In this role, you will:• Support operational management of the Partner Advantage Portal ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and internal stakeholders.• Coordinate partner onboarding activities, user provisioning, account administration, and platform access management.• Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to support platform adoption and continuous improvement.• Drive data quality initiatives and governance controls to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.• Support development and maintenance of operational procedures, knowledge assets, and process documentation.• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and user experience.• Contribute to partner engagement initiatives and programs designed to increase adoption and satisfaction.• Support business reporting, operational metrics, and executive visibility requirements.• Act as a trusted operational partner that enables continued growth of the Channel Partnerships business.
All About You• Bachelor's degree with experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, customer success, program management, or related functions.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.• Experience working with CRM, PRM, workflow, or ticketing platforms.• Comfort working with operational data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.• Self-starter mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.• Experience supporting partner ecosystems, enablement programs, or digital platforms is a plus.
