Partner Onboarding Manager

Zak Pines, VP, Partnerships at Formstack, is hiring a new key team member as we scale our partnerships-led growth.
Who You Are:
- You have a passion for partnerships & creating win-win business relationships
- You are growth-minded and a have strong experience and instincts for driving revenue growth through systemized programs
- You are quick to roll-up-your-sleeves and learn new things, particularly around Formstack products (workflow, data collection, document automation, digital signature, integrations)
- You are a team player who understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration in driving the impact of partnerships You love to solve problems and are always excited about tackling the next challenge
What You’ll Do:
You will lead our partner onboarding process for bringing on new partners and helping them become effective in selling and implementing Formstack products, executing in key areas including:
Team lead for delivering partner enablement for new partners with a focus on consulting partners, system integrators & MSPs:
- Executing processes at scale to deliver partnership setup, and sales, marketing, product and finance related enablement tracks for new partners
- Deliver strong product knowledge daily around our digital forms, document automation & digital signature products, as partners look for solutioning guidance
Achieve key partner activation goals:
- Key metrics will be around partner activations, which we define as a partner who has had two successful sales & deliveries with Formstack products
- Handoff to partner growth manager to grow partnership
How You’ll Succeed:
- Ability to think systematically & manage processes for scaling our partner onboarding efforts and impact
- Great communications with partners and cross functionally across Formstack
- Deliver against key performance metrics measured by partner engagement, activations and revenue
- Approach each partnership in a 1:1 fashion while leveraging our proven processes & content to help scale efficiently
- Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up)
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of SaaS experience
- Effective communicator with an attention to detail
- Fearless, adaptive attitude to scale our partner engine
- Data-driven mentality with experience performing against quantitative metrics
- Great coachability
- Experience driving growth within a partner community / ecosystem
- Technical proficiency with Formstack products
Bonus Points:
- Experience or familiarity with key Formstack partner ecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Creatio, Zapier)
- Social media savvy
