As part of the Partner Support Team, you will be responsible for supporting our Authorised Persons (APs) and partners and ensuring a smooth partner experience. You will be the first point of contact for partner queries related to trading, accounts, payouts, policies and operational processes. You will work closely with teams such as Operations, Technology, Compliance, Customer Support and Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and providing high-quality partner support while working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle calls, chats and emails from APs and partners related to trading, accounts, policies and operational queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on margins, payouts, account opening, compliance requirements and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technology, Compliance and RMs to resolve partner queries and issues.
  • Track and resolve partner queries and complaints within defined SLAs and TATs.
  • Keep partners updated on system enhancements, regulatory changes, product launches and process updates.
  • Assist partners in using trading platforms, partner portals, back-office portals and reports.
  • Support onboarding of new partners by providing platform demos, process guidance and operational training.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with partners to improve engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and MIS of partner interactions, queries, complaints and feedback.
  • Prepare and share regular reports and dashboards with relevant internal teams and partners.
  • Act as a communication bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
  • Collect partner feedback and work with internal teams to identify opportunities for service, system and process improvements.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to improve the overall partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in partner servicing, customer service, client relationship management or operations, preferably in the broking or financial services industry.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, trading operations and broking processes.
  • Good understanding of SEBI, Stock Exchange and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities simultaneously.
  • A Partner-First mindset with a focus on timely resolution and positive partner experience.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, back-office systems and CRM tools.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting tools.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills while working with multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Skills Required
