What this role is all about
You will join Infobip’s partner marketing team with a clear mission: to own and execute hands-on, end-to-end partner marketing activities that
drive awareness, demand, and measurable business impact. Working closely with strategic partners and internal teams, you will translate joint business goals into concrete marketing actions such as events, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives. This role is highly execution-focused and suited for someone who enjoys turning plans into delivered marketing outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute end-to-end partner marketing activities, including events, campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives, from planning and execution through post-activity performance analysis.
- Plan and deliver hands-on marketing execution to drive partner lead generation and awareness, including event logistics, campaign coordination, messaging alignment, and activation across relevant channels.
- Translate joint business plans and value propositions into concrete marketing assets and activities, working with partners to deliver measurable go-to-market outcomes.
- Lead Marketing Development Fund (MDF) execution, including campaign planning, budget allocation, vendor coordination, performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Use data and insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns and events, and proactively propose new marketing activities and improvements.
What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of professional experience in hands-on marketing roles, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end marketing activities such as events, campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven experience in partner or B2B marketing execution, including planning, delivering, and measuring co-marketing activities (for example events, campaigns, webinars, or lead-generation initiatives).
- A marketing generalist with strong execution skills, comfortable working across events, campaigns, messaging, coordination with agencies or vendors, and performance tracking.
- Ability to identify, shape, and execute marketing-led growth opportunities, translating business objectives into concrete marketing activities that drive awareness and leads.
- Strong understanding of customer and partner needs, with the ability to translate products and technical features into clear value propositions, messaging, and marketing activities that address real customer pain points.
