Partner Marketing Program Manager

Why We Have This Role

We are seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Partner Marketing Program Manager to build and scale our partner marketing capabilities globally. This role will create the infrastructure, programs, and resources that enable our partner ecosystem to market and sell Qualtrics solutions effectively. You will partner closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are easy to adopt and execute. You'll develop scalable marketing programs, templated content, and turnkey campaigns that empower partners to drive demand while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Program mindset: You think in systems and frameworks, building replicable programs rather than one-off initiatives
  • Partner ecosystem fluency: Deep understanding of how different partner types (SIs, resellers, hyperscalers, ISVs) go to market and what they need to succeed
  • Marketing utility player: Comfortable across multiple marketing disciplines—content, campaigns, events, digital, enablement—and able to create resources that work across channels
  • Strategic orchestration: Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure alignment across partner teams, regional marketing, product marketing, and sales
  • Scalability focus: Natural ability to identify what can be templated, packaged, and distributed at scale versus what requires customization
  • Data-informed decision making: Use performance metrics and partner feedback to continuously optimize program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI

How You’ll Grow

By joining Qualtrics, you become part of a team that dares to pursue groundbreaking experiences. Our mission is to build technology that positively impacts businesses and makes them more human.
  • As a member of our global marketing organization, you will join a diverse and inclusive community that values the voice of each individual
  • You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that upholds values such as transparency, whole-hearted commitment, customer obsession, unity, and resourcefulness
  • Your responsibilities will include building the marketing infrastructure that enables our entire partner ecosystem to drive demand and revenue at scale
  • You'll gain deep expertise in partner ecosystem dynamics and scalable marketing operations—skills that are increasingly valuable as companies shift toward ecosystem-led growth
  • You'll develop your ability to influence without authority, driving alignment across a matrixed organization and becoming a trusted advisor to partner and marketing leadership

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead Partner Marketing Program Development
    • Create partner marketing playbooks and how-to guides for different partner types, industries, and use cases to support execution at scale
    • Design integrated partner marketing programs that support key product lines, customer segments, and partner initiatives
    • Serve as a central program lead, coordinating efforts across partner marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, and other key teams

  • Build Scalable Partner Marketing Programs
    • Create partner event kits with booth materials, demo scripts, presentation templates, and promotional items for local deployment
    • Develop campaign-in-a-box programs with pre-built emails, landing pages, social content, and audience targeting guidance
    • Design turnkey webinar and workshop programs with presentation decks, speaker guides, and follow-up sequences
    • Develop and maintain a centralized partner marketing resource library in Highspot

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment
    • Partner with regional marketers across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APJ to ensure programs are adaptable for local execution
    • Align with partner operations on systems, processes, and measurement frameworks.
    • Manage stakeholder alignment and resource allocation to ensure program success and timely delivery

  • Measure, Optimize, and Report on Program Performance
    • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track program adoption, partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact
    • Conduct regular partner feedback sessions to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
    • Analyze which programs and assets drive the highest partner utilization and business outcomes

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, integrated campaigns, or program management
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Proven track record building scalable marketing programs that drive measurable business impact and pipeline generation
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries
  • Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality marketing content and collateral across various formats and channels
