The Role

Description

Seeq makes data analytics software for a big market that’s often overlooked by tech companies: industrial process data. Think pharmaceutical manufacturers, mining companies, wind farms, and energy companies with tons of equipment and sensors.

Our company was founded 100% remotely, and we're proud of it. We were good at being remote long before COVID-19 and will continue to be remote when COVID-19 is a distant memory. We use a variety of collaboration tools, like Zoom, Slack, and our homegrown Qube Virtual Office, which make us feel like we're in the same building together. We use agile tenets to iterate on both our product and internal processes. We have a wonderful team of kind-hearted, talented engineers who love to collaborate, teach each other new tricks, and build products that exceed our customers’ expectations.

We are excited to add a partner marketing manager to our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement and enablement, ultimately leading to successful joint go-to-market efforts.

What You Will Do

You will be defining the marketing strategy and leading the execution of joint marketing programs for the partner community. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns with key strategic partners
  • Supporting multiple partner channels, including VARs, SIs, and major cloud partners
  • Working with VAR, major cloud, and other partner team leaders to understand key partner priorities and creating a global partner marketing plan and an annual budget across the different constituents
  • Developing quarterly joint marketing plans with strategic partners to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Delivering detailed campaign and event plans with objectives, key messages, CTAs, follow-up activities, and success metrics.
  • Supporting requests across the global ecosystem for ad-hoc campaign support such as webinars, local events, industry events, content marketing, etc.
  • Analyzing results and impact promptly and on a regular reporting cadence, monthly and quarterly.
  • Liaising with SDRs/partner sales/partners for campaign follow-up.
  • Building relationships with channel partners and advising on marketing best practices and top-performing campaigns for their region.
  • Managing marketing content on our partner portal, PRM system, cloud partner marketing portals, etc.
  • Managing the marketing budget across all partner marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing with 7+ years of B2B experience in partner marketing or channel marketing roles within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • 5+ years working with multiple channel partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Experience with using various marketing channels (content writing, social media, emails, webinars, events, etc.) and integrated campaigns
  • Experience in developing marketing resources and campaigns tailored for channel partners.
  • Ability to lead marketing planning activities with partners and report on key updates and results
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft, and VAR channels preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics technologies and industrial sectors is a plus.

What We Do

Seeq Corporation develops software and services that accelerate industrial process analytics on industrial process data.

Industrial process data is the collection of time-series data, events, and signals, as well as related contextual data, generated by production and manufacturing organizations. Due to the high volume, velocity, and variety of these data streams, industrial process data typically requires extensive manipulation to enable insight and analytics.

Seeq's sophisticated yet easy-to-use analysis tools are applicable for industrial markets like oil refineries, pharmaceuticals, and energy production.

Seattle-based Seeq also has satellite offices in the western United States and Canada. Launched in May, 2013, the experienced founding team includes executives, engineers, and data scientists formerly with OSIsoft, Honeywell, Microsoft, and Insitu. Seeq is led by Dr. Lisa Graham, CEO.
